Goal

Compile insights regarding how to improve the mobile user experience that begins with the employee onboarding to the fitting tool for the faux company Frank’s Garage, entering height and weight, and taking two photos of their body. Then, provide actionable recommendations for minor design iterations to improve the user experience.

Users engaged with Unmoderated Usability Testing and a System Usability Scale Survey via Userlytics. Their study sessions were reviewed in Userlytics for quality and then annotated via Condens.
